The early part of the house was built in the Swedish log cabin style. Public records states that it was built in 1745. The upper area of the 2.9 acre lot has old barn ruins.
VACANT LOT: The 6 acre lot with the pond, across the road, has a trail to the north which can access an 8 acre lot that was sold to E. Bradford Township for open space. This lot connects to Paradise Valley Farm which is open to the public on the trail and goes down to Valley Creek. This lot is deed restricted for use for agriculture and a possible barn.
