As a cancer survivor, I have learned to cherish what matters most in life, my family, and my friends. Those of you who know me understand that I value people and relationships above money and fame. I bring these values to my work as a REALTOR® and look forward to applying my experience to help you with your real estate needs.
I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 1983, when I was selling row homes for $43,000 and learning from each experience to become better at what I did. It wasn’t long before I joined the Million Dollar Club which was a big deal back then. I have had the privilege to serve those same customers many times along the way as their families grew or as work took them to new locations.
Over the years, my career progressed as a builder and developer where I learned the ins and outs of construction and the intricacies of the entire real estate market. My road took me through many ups and downs over the years as the economy and markets shifted suddenly. Along the way, I developed a tremendous network of colleagues and friends in the construction and real estate governance arenas. Ultimately, my passion emerged in the real estate sales world where my experience really makes an impact on others’ lives which provides me with immense satisfaction and fulfillment.
My goals are always to educate my customers to help them make the best decisions for their families and future plans and to treat them as I would my own family. I’ve learned that considerations including commute to work, community fit and anticipated growth in the size of the family are all key elements for discussion in making these choices – it’s not all about money. Getting people into the right home is important to me.
My commitment to each client is that I will focus on their goals and decisions and help to reduce the stress related to their move. The financial implications are huge when it comes to buying or selling a home and I respect the trust placed in me to help with such impactful outcomes. For me, ongoing relationships are valued over short-term transaction issues and I strive to do what is right for my customer. Always.
I have held leadership positions at NextHome Signature, Idle Brook Development Corporation, RE/MAX, Exit Elite Realty, and James Lewis Group and I grew up in Delaware County and have lived in Chester County for over 30 years. Let me put my experience and extensive network to work for you and your family whenever you have real estate needs.
As a father of three amazing young women, husband of 40 years to my wonderful wife, Beatrice, and PopPop to 4 highly energetic grandkids, I value the home and family we have built together. I love helping my clients and their families on their journey and in finding a way to help them do the same. Whenever I am not working, I enjoy reading, golfing, going to the movies and traveling.
Wherever you are on your real estate journey, you want to succeed. That is what I help my clients do each day. I refuse to let anyone settle for what will work when we can create the results that will make them truly happy. I bring over 40 years of experience to each transaction and know every aspect of this industry. With my background in building and land development, I know all about grading, storm water management, construction details and even how to handle historic homes. I point out every aspect of each option so that you know exactly what you are getting into to make the best decision to fit your lifestyle.
Education is key, and not only do I educate my clients throughout the process, but I also train other REALTORS® and continue to improve myself. With extensive experience in residential, land, development, and commercial real estate, I am confident I can help you get where you want to be. Once the transaction is over, I would be honored to support you in each new level of success as your lifelong REALTOR® and friend.
Sincerely,
Mark Reale
